What if They Don’t Fit?

Please refer to the size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit for you. *OUR SIZING IS OVERSIZED * If you are in between sizes, please size down.

If there is a problem with sizing, please lodge a return request via the link: https://www.outbacklinen.co/a/return.

This will involve returning the unused item and having a replacement item of the same style and fabric sent to you in the appropriate size.

What is Your Returns Policy?

I hope to be accessible to all of my customers, and if there are problems with the items you purchase, I will be available to work out a solution.

If the sizing doesn't work out, we're more than happy to organize an exchange for an identical piece. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will deem the sale finalized if no contact is made within 48 hours.

Outback Linen Co. can only offer refunds when there's a proven fault with workmanship or materials. 

As of August 1, 2023, there will be no refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing—an exchange for the correct size or a credit note will only be offered. We do not accept refunds and exchanges on items purchased on sale.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage costs incurred.

Send back your goods in unused condition with tags in the envelope with postage slip provided or send to PO Box 2180, Mansfield BC QLD 4122

Please be aware that all items listed are unique and handmade. Variations in leather/fabric color are characteristic of the material. We require proof of faulty items through photographs and a brief description.

After 24 hours of the request, refunds will be processed to the same method in which the order was paid. Any fees and charges by the payment provider, such as Afterpay, Paypal, Zippay, Shopify, or any other payment provider, WILL be deducted from the Refund amount. Freight charges will also be deducted from the final refund amount if incurred.

No exchange or refund for change of mind.

Sale Items and Free Gifts with Purchase Promotions

Please note that sale items and free gifts with purchase are excluded from returns and refunds. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you select the correct sizing at checkout. We love our products, and we hope you do too.
