Born in the Bush, Loved Around the World
Born in the Bush, Loved Around the World
Outback Linen started with one woman, one simple idea, and plenty of heart.
Founder Sarah Henney, a rural mum in Longreach, couldn’t find beautiful, sustainable linen that genuinely suited real women and real life. So she began making it herself, pieces that feel good, fit well, and last. What began at a kitchen table quickly grew into something bigger: a brand built on community, regional women, and work with purpose.
Today, Outback Linen is still family owned and award-winning, guided by the same values we began with ethical making, inclusive design, and deep care for people and planet. From the bush to the world, we’re proof that quiet luxury can grow from humble beginnings.
